4. No Professional-Client Medical Relationship

Participation in coaching services does not establish:

• A physician-patient relationship

• Therapist-client relationship

• Licensed healthcare provider relationship

All coaching services are educational in nature and should not replace professional medical or mental health treatment.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in coaching, classes, workshops, retreats, travel activities, wellness exercises, or related services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury

• Emotional discomfort

• Illness

• Travel delays

• Environmental conditions

• Accidents or unforeseen circumstances

By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6. Retreat & Travel Disclaimer

Retreat participation may include:

• Domestic or international travel

• Outdoor activities

• Shared accommodations

• Physical movement or exercise

• Group experiences

• Exposure to weather or environmental conditions

The Company is not responsible for:

• Airline cancellations or delays

• Lost luggage

• Travel interruptions

• Passport or visa issues

• Illness occurring during or after travel

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

8. Payments & Financial Responsibility

All payments are due according to the purchase agreement or selected payment plan.

Failure to make payments may result in:

• Suspension of services

• Removal from programs or retreats

• Loss of access to materials

• Cancellation of future appointments

The Client remains financially responsible for the full balance of agreed services unless otherwise stated in writing.

Separate Refund and Cancellation Policies apply to all purchases.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Company materials, including but not limited to:

• Written content

• Coaching materials

• PDFs

• Videos

• Graphics

• Branding

• Logos

• Audio recordings

• Course content

• Worksheets

are protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, sold, or shared without prior written permission from the Company.

10. Confidentiality

The Company respects your privacy and will use reasonable efforts to protect confidential information shared during services.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in:

• Group coaching environments

• Retreat settings

• Online communities

• Third-party communication platforms

You acknowledge the inherent limitations of electronic communications and internet-based services.

11. Code of Conduct

Clients and participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

The Company reserves the right to terminate participation without refund for:

• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Discrimination

• Hate speech

• Disruptive conduct

• Illegal activity

• Violation of retreat or program safety standards

12. Technology Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• Internet outages

• Platform failures

• Zoom disruptions

• Email delivery issues

• Software malfunctions

• Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control

Access to services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

13. Limitation of Liability
